About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counselling and coaching students in their entire study abroad journey from profile evaluation till the student reaches her/his destination.
2. Liaising with different stakeholders within the company like application, visa teams, etc.
3. Working on internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets for a smooth process.
4. Resolving issues related to university finalizing, filing applications, etc. for the students and other team members.
5. Achieving and maintaining the students' sales target.
6. Any other task assigned by the manager.
