II. Operations responsibilities:
- Manage center experience and implement improvements.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the center.
- Oversee inventory management (first-aid, supplies, equipment).
- Coordinate classes and workouts; ensure trainer punctuality.
- Address attendance, equipment, and space issues.
- Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere to boost member attendance.
- Gather and document feedback from members and partners.
