Agent - Content Moderation Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Review content-user profiles, videos, texts, images, etc., and investigate and apply client policies
2. Escalate and/or resolve reported issues from users or flagged by the system, noting that reported content could be sensitive or graphic in nature
3. Demonstrate strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
4. Perform duties objectively, without biases or personal beliefs, in line with client policies
5. Pay strong attention to detail and be able to synthesize and analyze information from multiple streams
6. Use critical thinking and decision-making skills effectively
7. Conduct basic internet research and possess good comprehension and communication skills (verbal and written) to interpret content in English
8. Be adaptable, flexible, and a team player, valuing cohesiveness
9. Stay informed about social trends, political situations, and current affairs
10. Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
11. Understand and implement decisions/actions based on client policies and guidelines
12. Stay updated with any changes in policies/processes
13. Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
14. Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions to enhance quality and efficiency
15. Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role
16. Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to maintain community safety
17. Engage in well-being activities
18. Meet desired efficiency established by the business
