1. Interact with parents, educating them about our pedagogy and informing underprivileged students about the program, conducting pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' intent
2. Invite parents and underprivileged students to campus tours and training sessions, respectively, to experience our youth mentoring program firsthand and attend the training
3. Follow up actively with parents and candidates, ensuring successful conversion of admissions and enrollment into the program
4. Assist students and parents with their queries, providing guidance and encouragement throughout the enrollment process
5. Generate a pool of suitable and interested candidates for the program through strategic outreach efforts and nurturing warm leads
