Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle Tally operations:
i. Work with Tally software proficiently for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.
2. Work on payment processing:
i. Process and manage all incoming and outgoing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
ii. Ensure compliance with payment policies and procedures.
3. Work on bill processing:
i. Oversee the processing of bills and invoices promptly.
ii. Verify accuracy and completeness of billing information.
4. Work on bank reconciliation:
i. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
5. Work on GST and TDS compliance:
i. Stay updated on GST and TDS regulations and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
ii. Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST and TDS returns.
6. Handle salary processing:
i. Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
ii. Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant information for payroll processing.
7. Work on PF:
i. Manage Provident Fund (PF) calculations and transactions.
ii. Ensure compliance with PF regulations and facilitate the filing of PF returns.
8. Work on PT:
i. Process professional tax (PT) deductions as per applicable state regulations.
ii. Keep abreast of changes in PT laws and ensure compliance.
