Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage financial accounts and budgets to ensure accurate and timely reporting
2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies and implement them effectively
3. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
4. Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders and donors
5. Monitor and track donations and grants to ensure proper allocation
6. Assist in fundraising efforts by providing financial data and analysis
7. Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
