Franchise Sales Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals
2. Working with existing franchisees to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Creating detailed plans for developing and managing the sales pipeline
4. Monitoring market trends and evaluating potential franchise opportunities
5. Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to promote new products and services
6. Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners;
7. Attending trade shows and conferences to promote Regrob s brand and products
8. Negotiating and managing contracts for new and existing franchisees
9. Supporting the development of new products and services

Requirements:

1. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced sales manager with a proven track record in sales, sales, and marketing and English proficiency (spoken)
2. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with existing and potential franchisees
