Foundation Faculty K-10 - Science (IIT/JEE/NEET) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology for students from grades K-10
2. Create comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum objectives and the requirements of competitive exams like IIT/JEE/NEET
3. Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and ensure their understanding and retention of concepts
4. Provide regular feedback and assessment to students to monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning
6. Stay updated on the latest developments in the fields of science and mathematics education, as well as changes in exam patterns and syllabi
7. Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on students' academic performance and address any concerns or queries

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
2. Prior experience in teaching K-10 students, preferably in a coaching institute or school setting
3. Strong understanding of foundational concepts in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology, with expertise in one or more subjects
4. Familiarity with the curriculum and exam patterns of competitive exams such as IIT/JEE/NEET
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in nurturing students' academic and personal growth
