Finance Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish reporting tools and KPIs that drive accountability and visibility into cost performance
2. Lead cost financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis by managing the ledger & cash flow on a monthly basis
3. Coordinate with different team leaders to ensure the expenses are aligned with the budgets
4. Discuss variance analysis with the top management to highlight the gap between the budget and the expense and measures to cut the same

Required:

1. Bachelor s degree in business management, finance, accounting, or economics
2. Significant professional experience in finance, with exposure to cost management
3. Command on MS Excel is a must
4. CA/CS would be plus (but not mandatory)
5. At least 6 months of working in a corporate environment
