Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 'Field Sales Specialist' at ReuseAll in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for sales, Account management, and running Marketing campaigns to drive the company's mission of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field sales: Unlock retailers to promote Reuseall products.
2. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers at retail stores, explaining the benefits of Reuseall and guiding them through the process of buying, and returning.
3. Display Management: Help set up and maintain promotional displays, banners, and other marketing materials in-store.
4. Data Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store promotions and overall customer experience.
5. Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Reuseall, representing the company's values and mission to promote sustainability.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on in-store promotional activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
Fresher to 2 years experienced
Good communication and customer service skills
Sales and sales management skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Experience in sustainability industries is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
