About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generating prospective sales leads by going on the field
2. Meeting all the prospective customers by going in the field with the objective of explaining the loan products
3. Resolving customer queries and converting the leads to sales
4. Handling sales call independently
5. Handling cold calling
6. Effectively understanding & communicating the product

Education: Graduate in any discipline (year of graduation: 2021 & 2022)
Note: Incentives (25k-30k/month) depend on target achievements.

3. We are looking for individuals who can drive sales in the lending space

4. Understanding of secured loan, LAP

5. The candidate should have the ability to handle sales call independently

6. The candidate will be responsible for doing cold calling

7. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and personality

8. Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product

9. Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport-building skills

10. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems

11. Good knowledge of the local language

12. Education: Graduate in any discipline (year of graduation: 2021 & 2022)

Salary

Annual CTC: 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2 LPA

2. Variable pay: 3 LPA
