Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Basic understanding of the B2B sales process (experience in sales is a plus).
5. Candidates with a passion for renewable energy and a willingness to learn will be given preference.
6. For project sales, owning a bike is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
