1. Map territory and identify opportunities for growth in the electrical/IC/mechanical department of the industrial segment with frequent visits
2. Identify potential customers and decision-makers within the client organization's key account management
3. Build relationships with new customers/consultants/regulatory bodies in the industries segment
4. Connect customers and cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
5. Stay up-to-date on new/expansion projects
6. Follow up with customers regarding order status
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
8. Generate interest for repurchase/cross-selling and referrals and creation of a pipeline from the existing client base
