We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team as a Sales Executive specializing in local client acquisition. You will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into satisfied clients. This role is target-based and requires a proactive approach to sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients within the local area through various channels including cold calling, networking events, online platforms, etc.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
3. Present our company's services and capabilities to potential clients in a compelling manner
4. Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
3. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
5. Knowledge of local market trends and business landscape
