About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the responsibility of driving the sales of our product in the enterprise segment - south region
2. Work on the sales of products in the medium and large enterprise segments in the region and achieve the sales revenue/targets
3. Work on negotiation and closure of sales, understands current pain points, discuss appropriate solutions and value add with the customers
4. Create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, and pitch according to their specifications
5. Develop and implement B2B sales strategy, market mapping, and analytics of the markets
6. Drive customer engagement with the account management team
7. Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client
8. Secure business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients


1. Sales skills
2. Ability to engage and influence a client; effective in handling technical pre-sales activities
3. Past experience in solution selling (CRM, ERP, contact centers, telephony solutions)
4. Technical domain expertise
5. Should not be averse to understanding technology
6. Should be able to handle large RFPs and response quality
7. Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions
8. Business development
9. Planning activities to achieve established targets
10. Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets
11. Ownership and commitment
12. Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives
13. Attention to detail in planning and communication
14. Preference of professional background (In either or both of the following)
15. Direct solution sales (CRM, ERP, telephony, contact center, banking, etc.)
16. Experience in selling in the domestic south market is preferred
17. Bachelor in any stream

Earn certifications in these skills
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
