Key responsibilities:

1. Build a strong customer relationship
2. Take ownership in achieving sales targets
3. Identify customer needs and provide end-to-end product knowledge
4. Ensure appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests
5. Provide instant feedback on customers/stock to the managers/head-office
6. Ensure the merchandise is maintained as per the styling guidelines
7. Work on the timely updates of daily sales report
