About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and Deliver Courses: Create and deliver courses that include both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for Lakes College learners across a range of levels, ensuring high-quality learning experiences and excellent outcomes.
2. Course Administration: Handle course administration, including lesson planning, schemes of learning, student progress tracking, and maintaining registers.
3. Course Module Delivery and Monitoring: Contribute to the delivery and monitoring of course modules and units, assist in the planning and development of courses to support the college's academic and resource systems.
4. Research and Development: Undertake research and development to create and update materials based on awarding organization guidelines or specific requests, contributing to continuous improvement in course design and development.
5. Learner Recruitment and Course Development: Assist in learner recruitment, curriculum and program organization, and development, while supporting the generation of new course products aligned with the college's strategic goals.
