Facilitator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitate training sessions for government school teachers alongside trainers across Mumbai
2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions and monitor them for smooth functioning
3. Manage databases for training sessions and follow up with teachers post-training
4. Facilitate weekly peer learning sessions with teachers in groups
5. Support the development of content for training sessions
6. Coordinate with government officials to build rapport, gather feedback, and conduct need analysis
7. Provide classroom support for teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program
8. Actively participate in other programs of Pehlay Akshar Foundation
9. Represent Pehlay Akshar Foundation on the ground and work towards achieving the organization's vision to your fullest capacity
