Executive/Senior Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive the agency premium in the location for health & motor business
2. Monitor and drive agency business of location through agency recruitment, agent activation, agent productivity, and agent engagement matrix
3. Drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices
4. Drive sales in partner locations banks and two/three/four wheeler vehicle dealers
5. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per the defined matrix

Requirements:

1. Need to have experience from an insurance background
2. Need to have renewal experience - calling the customers & agents & partners
3. Need to meet partners or agents - moveable
4. Should have experience in outbound calls & convincing the customers
