Executive- Business Development Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide product and service information to customers
2. Complete call logs and reports
3. Other duties as assigned
4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
5. Research the required information using available resources
6. Document all information according to standard operating procedures
7. Escalate customer feedback as required
8. Do business development activities such as lead generation through email, calling, meetings, etc
9. Make customer profiles and assist the sales team in qualifying prospects, making proposals, and coordinating with the direct sales team
10. Analyze potential markets
11. Resolve customer queries and ensure strong customer satisfaction

3. Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues/complaints and respond in accordance
4. Should be very organized, goal-oriented, a quick learner, and able to multitask
5. Good interpersonal & presentation skills

7. Influencing and negotiation skills
8. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
9. Computer skills: experience with MS Office suites and outlook
10. Qualification: BBA/BBS - business management/business administration, MBA marketing/PGDM
