Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
2. Coordinate and arrange high-level conference calls , board and management meetings, and other events
3. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external parties
4. Manage and maintain executive files and records
5. Undertake special projects as directed by the CEO
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Discretion and confidentiality
6. Proficiency in MS OfficeProvide administrative support to the CEO, including managing an ever-changing calendar of appointments
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
