1. Assisting the founder CEO in scaling up technology projects and facilitating research & development (R&D) activities
2. Being involved in project coordination and decision-making processes, acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments, taking notes/minutes, and controlling access to CEO/MD
3. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation, organizing events and conferences, reminding MD of important tasks and deadlines, typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, and managing databases and filing systems
4. Liaising with the research team, staff, suppliers, contractors, clients, and investors when required
5. Undertaking market research and investment analysis under the guidance
6. Contacting and liaising with potential investors under the guidance
Requirements:
1. Arts and sciences or bachelor's or master's in business administration/management or STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) &/or business/finance degrees
2. Willing to learn fast on the job
