About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with a variety of responsibilities and special projects
2. Maintain calendars and reminders and schedule meetings as needed
3. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
4. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
5. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
6. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
7. Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
8. Perform internal and external office communication: email, voicemail and miscellaneous written correspondence (to include general clerical responsibilities)
9. Greet and assist staff and community in person and by telephone, in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
10. Screen and route incoming telephone calls
11. Understand organizational workflow and sees to it that employees and other associates complete tasks on time
12. Oversee employees' and other associates' performances and implement policies and decisions
13. File, make copies, make reservations and other general clerical tasks
14. Receive, sort and distribute office mail
15. Organize and maintain the Human Resources filing system; ensure accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; and file and retrieve documents
16. Review, edit and format draft and finalized materials ensuring completeness, accuracy, compliance with policies and procedure and appropriate English usage including grammar, punctuation and spelling
17. Prepare a variety of correspondence and departmental forms
18. Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential
19. Maintain/update various department/district database tools (applications, certification, contracts, employee appraisal, etc.)
20. Facilitate new employee activation process
21. Manage, organize and report data related to administrative leave
22. Collaborate with the Finance Department on issues related to payroll, benefits, employee leave and department budget
23. Schedule, plan and coordinate special events
24. Work on other duties as assigned

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
