Executive Administrative Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with other staff and ensure proper Follow up of assigned tasks and keep a detailed record of the same to track task status, task progress and deadlines
2. Regularly follow up with staff members to ensure tasks are progressing according to schedule
3. Identify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them promptly to the Director
4. Prepare regular reports summarizing task status, potential issues, and recommended solutions
5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence/ Calls/ Emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
6. Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments
7. Coordinate with other departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
8. Collaborate with team members and provide support as required in various administrative and operational tasks
