Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, utilizing MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to create stunning event presentations, and possessing excellent English proficiency for effective communication.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
2. Work as a single point of contact for our clients, tracking their requests, and keeping them posted on the same.
3. Work with internal teams to validate that plans for events are as per client requests.
4. Track all finishes with meticulous attention to detail on the day of the event.
5. Use problem-solving skills to quickly mitigate any issues during setup
6. Offer alternate solutions to difficulties that may arise.
7. Create visually appealing presentations using MS PowerPoint to pitch event concepts to clients.
8. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners to ensure seamless execution.
9. Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
