2. Event Implementation:
Manage budget planning, vendor selection, and create checklists for smooth event execution.
Prepare and disseminate posters, emails, WhatsApp notifications, and event reminders.
Liaise with the tech team to ensure timely communication.
Gather photos and videos from events for social media and content creation purposes.
Lead discussions with city teams to review planning, execution, and feedback for events.
3. Operations & Vendor Coordination:
Compile invoices from teams and prepare detailed expense reports for each event or activity.
Manage negotiations with external vendors, oversee deliveries, and maintain budget control.
Ensure all logistical requirements for events and activities are effectively met.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-1 year in community management, event coordination, operations, or a related field.
