Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Duty Manager for one of our leading clients in Hospitality Industry. Location - Wayanad. This is a full-time role with a job location spanning across Wayanad, Mysuru, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Kozhikode, Ernakulam, and Cochin. The ideal candidate should bring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in front office operations (Mandatory skill)
Strong customer service skills, ensuring a pleasant guest experience
Excellent communication capabilities, both verbal and written
Proven team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff
Experience working in resort settings, managing various aspects of the property
Competence in guest relations, addressing and resolving complaints effectively
Academic background in hospitality management or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the hospitality facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
Manage front office activities, including guest check-ins, reservations, and concierge services
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment
Enhance guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly
Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery
Implement hospitality management best practices to improve operational efficiency
Monitor facility conditions and address maintenance needs proactively
Respond to guest feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 3,60,000 /year
