1. Support ongoing customer retention activities, including researching what may be the root cause of a customer issue or problem
2. Assist with queries and end-to-end resolution relating to (but not limited to) product licensing, activation, upgrades, renewals, and customer portals; liaise with other Veritas business units as needed
3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
4. Build and maintain customer relationships in support of customer onboarding and customer retention
