Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media advertising campaigns
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends & insights and optimize spend & performance based on the insights
5. Plan, execute & measure experiments and conversion tests
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create/optimize landing pages for a better user experience
7. Evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in digital marketing
2. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
3. A highly creative individual with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
We are incubated at IIT Madras, Research Park, and are focused to simplify healthcare access to the patients. Currently, we have a clinical management platform focused on Physiotherapy and are building a couple of AI products related to this area.
