Digital Marketing Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor campaign budgets
2. Plan and manage our social media platforms
3. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance
4. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
5. Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
6. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
7. Develop an in-house digital marketing team
8. Work with other team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
9. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
10. Facilitate internal teams to create promotional posts for events, open jobs, Course releases, etc.
12. Analyze data and report on insights (e.g. traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, etc).
13. Respond to questions/comments of our followers on social media in a timely and appropriate manner
14. The candidate must have a strong understanding of social sentiment, viral marketing, and user behavior in a digital environment

Skills required:

1. Knowledge of Ad copy for digital campaigns, video scripts, social media, and blog posts
2. Handling SEO
3. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
4. A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising leadership position for the manager position
5. 3 years of similar experience in an assistant manager position
6. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
