Key responsibilities:

1. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
2. Contribute to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
3. Obtain market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support
4. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
5. Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
6. Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests
7. Handle all the social media, and grow the brand organically on all the platforms, and design & run ad campaigns for better results
