Hiring a digital marketing manager for a company in ed-tech education and overseas education based out of Sushma Infinium in Zirakpur
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead generation - A clear plan for lead generation using organic and inorganic means with clearly mapped monthly goals
2. Social media management execution of marketing campaigns across all our communication channels
3. High-priority management and creation of Facebook posts, along with initiatives to indicate a constant increase in followers, engagement, and lead generation from the platform
4. Email campaigns conceptualizing, getting the correct database, designing and blasting out emailers
5. Analytics Regular reporting on social media analytics and continuous quantified goals
6. Content Writing You will need to understand the basics of content writing for the company's social media requirements
7. Track growth forecasts to ensure we achieve the plan and recommend course correction if off target
Other requirements:
1. Accountable for displaying the company's core values

Desired candidate profile:
1. Graduate with 2-7 years of working experience in digital marketing, preferably someone with experience in techs and overseas education business
2. 25000-30000 per month plus quarterly incentives and other allowances
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
