Strong in data analytics, Statistical forecasting models, Excel formulas, etcPower BI,
Cross functional coordination with multiple internal stakeholder viz Sales, Category, Finance, etc
Good data interpretation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Demand Planning -
Generate statistical forecasts using a demand planning tool for rolling 12 months.
Collaborate with multiple function stakeholders in Demand Review meetings to derive consensus demand plans.
Monitor sales at various depths of granularity (product/customer/frequency) and tracking forecast accuracy and bias in the forecast.
Attending S&OP meetings.
Maintain planning tools integrity and ensure that planning tools deliver the value in the integrated planning process with continual improvement.
Handling multiple SKU's (more than 500 SKU's)
Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization
Additional Information -
Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and analytics in MS-Excel or Power BI.
Basic Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Supply chain required or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience in demand planning, Demand forecasting
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
