Data Entry Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update data accurately into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
2. Verify data for accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing sources.
3. Review and correct errors in the data entered.
4. Maintain and update records and files, ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Ensure that data is kept confidential and secure according to company policies.
6. Respond to inquiries regarding data entries and assist with troubleshooting issues.
7. Prepare reports and documents as required by supervisors or management.
8. Perform routine data backups and ensure system integrity.
9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
10. Assist in implementing process improvements for data entry operations.
11. Follow company procedures and guidelines to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Salary: 13,000 in-hand.
Shift timings: Fixed evening from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (8-hour shift) with rotational days off.
