Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective solutions
3. Provide accurate information about our products and services
4. Utilize knowledge of medical concepts to address customer concerns
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
