Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Provide information about products and services
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Required:

1. At least 1 year of work experience
2. Strong language skills in English (written and verbal)
3. Ability to learn fast
4. Ability to type fast and talk on the phone

Salary
