About the job

The customer success executive bridges the gap between the solution that Litmusblox is building and the problem that the recruitment world is facing. The customer success person will also build lasting relationships with customers and ensure that our customers are successful in their recruitment goals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage customer SaaS accounts & work on onboarding to managing their accounts end to end
2. Reduce churn of existing customer base by driving high retention and renewal rates as well as long-term customer commitments (annual and multi-year contracts)
3. Identify opportunities for customers to achieve their goals through increased adoption, usage, or product features
4. Ensure customers are educated on the platform, beta opportunities, and product releases
5. Partner with our customer sales team on relevant accounts for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
6. Influence future lifetime value through product adoption
7. Help drive new business growth through advocacy and reference-ability
8. Visit client locations, track and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Manage product or support issue escalations
10. Work across internal teams to highlight areas for process and/or product improvement
11. Manage appropriate hand-offs with fellow customer-facing teams to ensure a smooth experience for the customer

What you ll bring:

1. Excellent communication skills because you will be in customer-facing roles, including but not limited to account management, customer success
2. Strong empathy for customers and inspiration to help them achieve their goals
3. Passion for self-growth & company growth
4. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
5. Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
6. Excellent presentation skills
7. Excellent logical reasoning & experience with Microsoft Excel
8. An understanding of the HR domain will be a plus since the product that you will be servicing is from HR tech space

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
