We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Executive to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a proactive problem solver, and someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment. This role is critical to our growth and success as we aim to expand our customer base rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
2. Conduct customer interviews and regular check-ins to identify needs and help customers use specific features.
3. Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction by collecting feedback.
4. Handle escalations and complex queries while building sustainable relationships and trust with users through open and interactive communication.
5. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and follow communication scripts when handling different topics
6. Update our internal databases with information about customer issues and useful discussions with customers
7. Provide support in resolving users' issues via voice call/email/text.
8. Monitor and analyze customer metrics to assess health, and engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Should be fluent in Telugu and English
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Having a minimum of 1-year prior experience in customer support is an added advantage, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
7. Have laptop experience
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
