Clappia (www.clappia.com) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer success associate.
Key responsibilities:
1. Interact with existing customers and prospects, building strong relationships and understanding their unique requirements and business needs
2. Establish effective communication channels between the engineering and sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration
3. Gain in-depth knowledge of the Clappia platform to effectively advise customers and configure their specific use cases, helping them maximize the value they derive from our product
4. Assist the sales team in building a proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Clappia platform to potential customers
5. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and efficient assistance in resolving their issues and addressing their concerns
6. Report customer issues and feedback to the engineering teams, working closely with them to ensure prompt resolution and product improvement
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to drive customer success and satisfaction
8. Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers, enabling them to leverage the Clappia platform effectively
9. Utilize spreadsheet tools such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulae to analyze and manipulate data, assisting customers in generating valuable insights
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
4. Demonstrated proficiency in working with spreadsheets, including experience with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulae
5. Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing systems is desirable
7. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand software applications
8. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
