Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs.
Proven ability in providing outstanding customer service (Mandatory skill) and managing client relations efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Empathy to understand and accommodate customer emotions and concerns, ensuring a positive service experience.
Well-developed active listening skills to attentively capture customer feedback and needs.
Time management prowess to handle tasks efficiently without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
Adaptability to adjust to different customer situations and organizational changes successfully.
Basic familiarity with computer systems and customer relationship management software.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Provide customers with timely and accurate information about products and services.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure effective communication.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required, ensuring swift resolution of customer problems.
Contribute to the achievement of customer service objectives and company goals by executing assigned duties diligently.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new services and processes.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
