About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Fulfilling orders (maintaining records of daily orders, NDR, RTO, and shipments)
2. Processing orders on Shopify and shipping them through Shiprocket
3. Responding to customer inquiries/complaints over the phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS
4. Managing refunds and disputes
5. Co-ordinating with couriers and vendors
6. Working on data analysis, sales analysis, and customer analysis
7. Working with important spreadsheets, online control panels, and email correspondence
8. Building strong relationships with clients and making sure the services provided are of quality and profitable
9. Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports
Eligibility criteria:
1. 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer management in an eCommerce company preferably in handicraft
2. Graduate with good communication (written & spoken)
3. Good computer skills (Microsoft office suite) for making reports
4. Aggressive & extremely responsible
5. Willing to learn and grow quickly
6. Ability to work well in small teams and a start-up environment
