Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deal with the customers
2. Resolve customer queries
3. Prepare day-to-day reports

Who can apply:

1. Minimum Eligibility - HSC and proficiency in Marathi linguistics
2. Candidates with experience in customer services & edu-tech processes will be added advantage
3. Freshers are also welcome with an excellent communication skill set
4. Can work in a pure day shift (10:00 am to 07:00 pm for females & 11:00 am to 08:00 pm for males)
5. Should be flexible for rotational weekly offs and complete work from office
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
7. Should be vaccinated with 2 doses & have aadhar card linked with mobile number
8. Good computer literacy for maintaining records and report
