Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our valuable clients. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using email platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of strategic communications principles
Ability to effectively cold call and generate leads

Roles and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer follow-up tactics
Ensure prompt and accurate response to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Manage and update client database using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Coordinate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand client base
Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback
Earn certifications in these skills
