Key responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
2. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
3. Working in correspondence with customers and the sales team to maintain a healthy official relationship
4. Working in coordination with respective departments i.e accounts to operate with customer payment details with dues or payment reminders
