1. Respond to customer queries promptly, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
2. Interact with customers, understand their needs, and take effective steps to maintain positive experiences
3. Inform customers about new product features and functionalities
4. Gather and interpret customer experience to facilitate improvements in standard processes
5. Develop FAQ responses, log issues, complaints and other feedback.
6. Work with other functions of the co to resolve issues effectively and implement preventive measures.
Candidate should be comfortable in using all platforms and channels - online and offline touch points to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
Candidate would have to work in shifts (morning or evening) with weekly off on weekdays only i.e. mon-fri.
