About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a customer engagement specialist. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with our existing and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through effective communication channels, including telecalling, to enhance their overall experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers
2. Work on relationship management
3. Work on cross-selling and upselling
4. Work on customer issue resolution
5. Work on performance reporting
