About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Call potential customers (students, parents, or professionals) to introduce the company's educational products or services.
2. Product pitching: Present detailed information about courses, programs, and benefits tailored to the customer's needs.
3. Follow-up handling: Maintain timely follow-ups with leads to nurture them and convert inquiries into enrollments.
4. Data management: Record customer information and interactions in the CRM system accurately.
5. Customer assistance: Address queries, concerns, and objections during calls to provide a positive customer experience.
6. Target achievement: Work toward individual and team enrollment targets and objectives.
7. Onboarding & training: Lead new client onboarding, which may include training educators, students, or administrators on how to use the platform effectively. This involves personalized onboarding sessions, webinars, or instructional materials.
8. Client relationship management: Act as the primary point of contact for schools, educators, and institutional administrators. Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure they're getting value from the platform.
9. Usage analysis & success tracking: Monitor usage patterns to ensure that educators and students are actively engaging with the EdTech tools. Identify any drop-off points or barriers to usage and work to address these issues proactively.
10. Feedback collection & product advocacy: Collect feedback on the product's educational efficacy, ease of use, and areas for improvement. Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing insights with product and development teams to enhance offerings.
11. Retention & renewal management: Manage contract renewals proactively and minimize churn by addressing concerns before they escalate. Identify opportunities for upselling new features, modules, or additional licenses.

Who can apply

1. Educational background: Bachelor's or master's in business administration

2. Communication skills: Strong verbal communication with fluency in preferred languages, e.g., English and Hindi.

3. Customer-centric approach: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their learning needs.

4. Sales orientation: Basic understanding of sales principles and lead conversion strategies.

5. Tech proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.

6. Time management: Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

7. Persuasion: Ability to influence and convince potential customers to choose ed-tech solutions.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 2,76,000 /year
