Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
2. Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
3. Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Shift Details:
9-hour shift (8 hours of production + 1-hour break)
Day shift only

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills are essential.

Compensation:

Salary up to 25,000 CTC
