3. Understanding customers requirements by asking questions and closing the deal 4. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated
5. Taking and processing orders accurately..customer handling to call

Incorporated in 2008 as a private limited company, we are well equipped with the state-of-the-art technology with the capacity for fast ramp-up and roll-out of new campaigns. DBS's existing operation is a 1200 workstation facility, which would be scaled up by another 200 in a short span of time. It currently owns three centers with a total capacity of around 1200 seats.
