Customer Acquisition Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

Direct Customer Engagement & Order Management:

1. Handle customer orders and inquiries professionally across multiple platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone)
2. Process and track delivery orders from aggregator platforms (Swiggy, Zomato) while building direct relationships
3. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary requirements
4. Manage special order requests, customizations, and bulk orders
5. Handle time-sensitive queries and resolve customer concerns promptly

Customer Relationship Management:

6. Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database including:
Contact information
Order history
Product preferences
Special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries)
Dietary restrictions
Feedback and reviews

7. Develop and implement strategies to convert aggregator platform customers to direct ordering
8. Create and maintain a follow-up system for customer feedback and satisfaction surveys
9. Identify and nurture relationships with high-value and repeat customers

Operations & Coordination:

10. Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding order specifications and timing
11. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers proactively
12. Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery partners
13. Handle last-minute changes or modifications to orders efficiently
14. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payment status
